How my journey began

Hi, I'm Briahn. Some people call me Bri.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples across hospitals, trauma centers, schools, and community mental health settings.

More recently I've worked in international schools, supporting students and partnering closely with families navigating the complexity of growing up across cultures. That work shapes everything about how I coach today.

My coaching is grounded in clinical training while remaining practical and focused on what's happening in your life right now.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals, couples, and families:

  • Adolescents and young adults building confidence, developing skills, and figuring out who they are

  • Teens, young adults, and adults with ADHD or neurodivergent traits ready to build systems, find their footing, and build a life that works for them

  • Parents who want practical support, whether that's helping a child with ADHD, finding approaches that work for your family, or navigating the very real challenges of modern parenting

  • Adults and couples looking for thoughtful, forward-focused support in their lives and relationships

How I Work

Working with me, you can expect honesty, warmth, and something genuinely useful to walk away with. I show up ready to name what isn't working while making sure you feel supported along the way.

Depending on what brings you to coaching:

  • For couples I draw on Gottman Method principles, one of the most research-backed approaches to understanding relationships and communication

  • For ADHD and productivity coaching I use CBT and ACT-based strategies alongside practical systems built to work with your brain, not against it

  • For young people we work on executive functioning, confidence, emotional regulation, and identity. When it makes sense, I bring parents in so support is consistent across settings

What This Is (and Isn't)

Coaching is forward-focused support. It is not therapy and it is not crisis care. It is for people who are ready to make changes, build better systems, and move through life with more clarity and confidence, at any stage of life and from any starting point.

I believe people don't need to be fixed. They just need the right support, the right structure, and someone who knows how to help them get there.

  • From Bri

My work is grounded in the belief that people don’t need to be fixed, but they often do need support, structure, and space to think clearly about their lives. I bring a calm, direct, and non-judgmental presence to this work, along with a deep respect for how complex people’s lives and relationships can be.

Bri just gets it. She asks the right questions at the right time and somehow helps you figure out your own answers. I came in completely unsure about my future and left with an actual plan.
